MEET MARK BLOMELEY

Mark is the Director of Performance at Equinox. In this Video he shares with you what we have to offer at Equinox Performance and how you can get started. From training  elite national level athletes from his garage to our new training facility in Oxley Mark oversees your training and hand picks each performance coach on staff to ensure you get the highest quality training on offer.

Mark is the brains behind Equinox Performance. He has over a decade of experience fine tuning athletes to compete beyond their best. There’s a long list of impressive univertisty degrees behind his name but all you need to know is that he’s got the know how to bring out the best in you, and work harder and faster then you ever have before.
MICHAEL SILVER
MICHAEL SILVEREQUINOX PERFORMANCE COACH
Michael’s interests include living a healthy outdoor lifestyle, one that involves all types of different recreational activities including swimming, cycling, hiking and fishing. He believes that if you get outside and get moving, you will become a happy and healthier person. His interests in S&C include training for athletic performance, enhancing aerobic capacity, developing younger athletes and re-training injured athletes.
DYLAN MCDONALD
DYLAN MCDONALDEQUINOX PERFORMANCE COACH
Dylan is our junior athlete whisperer. He’s that coach that stays cool calm and collected when the juniors and even more mature clients tell us “but I can’t do it”. His focus on technique is insane and he loves to make each training session fun and engaging to take your mind off the the task at hand.
