High Performance, Strength & Conditioning  Coaching

Our High Performance, Strength and Conditioning Coaching is focused on accelerating you towards your goals. We focus on strength, power, agility, speed, mobility and overall sports specific function. Depending on your chosen training package and sporting expertise much of our coaching is performed at our high performance training facility.

Speed and Track Coaching

We specialise in coaching young athletes to high level national and international athletes. Our track coaching is designed to suite sprinters, middle distance runners, football/soccer players, court based players and athletics sports people. Our focus at the track is speed and middle distance coaching. We train on tartan and grass tracks.

We hold our Speed and Track Coaching Sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30pm at Jack Cook Park Toowong and on Saturday mornings at 7:30am at UQ Athletics Centre,  Sir William MacGregor Dr, St Lucia QLD 4067

Hardnox Classes

Unleash your Inner Athlete!! Hardnox is not just a group class, it’s an attitude. Hardnox is about stepping up when life gets you down, committing yourself and clearing your head so you can train harder and faster than you ever have before. We offer morning  classes so you can start you day off with a running leap. Step up and join today.

Junior Program

Our Junior Strength and Conditioning program involves: Resistance training (weight based or body weight based), Mobility, Flexibility training, Speed and/or Capacity training (based on your sport), Individualised programming or programming consulting for each athlete

This program will ensure you or your student athlete:
